Both vary based on level within the program and bonuses aredependent upon company performance.In addition, a host of discounted purchase programs are available to allemployees.ResponsibilitiesDevelop proposal responses working collaboratively with a local marketingteam.Responsible for a variety of proposal types, including state and localproposals and qualification packages, and assisting in oral presentations.Prepare marketing collateral, including brochures, leave behinds, andother marketing materials.Support business development and operational personnel in market research,competitor analysis, and client intelligence.Record information in customer relationship management database (CRM).Support the marketing department in day-to-day coordination efforts.Required Skills & Required ExperienceBA or BS in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications, English, BusinessAdministration, or equivalent experience required.6 years of experience personally developing and producing proposals for theA/E/C industry.Water/Wastewater experience is preferred.Effective proposal coordination skills, including planning,organization, communication, and resource management skills.Exceptional written and oral communications skills.Experience with state/local proposal formats.Must have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign,Illustrator, Photoshop), and Mi rosoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint). Customer relationship management (CRM) database experienceis alsoAbility to work within InDesign templates and comply with our corporatestandards to present a consistent appearance/style.Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating withmulti-disciplinary teams.Ability to manage time appropriately. Must have the availability to workovertime as necessary in order to meet business requirements and deadlines.Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability topass a driving record background check.Don't meet every single requirement?
