Your Role at Baxter:

The Senior Manager, Digital Procurement & Analytics is responsible for enabling the transformation of Procurement to a digital & data driven function with connected and automated processes. They are responsible for leveraging data, analytics, and automation to drive insights, improve decision-making, and optimize business processes within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and automation tools to deliver actionable insights and streamline operations.

This position reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement Processes & Systems will lead a global team responsible for automation, data and analytics driven initiatives in Procurement and driving actionable insights, partnering closely with Global IT.

What you'll do:

Develop and maintain data analytics capabilities, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using data and automation.

Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and processes using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Create data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and investigations as needed to address business questions and identify trends.

Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics and automation into existing processes and workflows.

Drive the development and implementation of sophisticated analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning) to uncover hidden trends and opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in data analytics, automation, and related technologies.

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in data management and analytics, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power Platform, Alteryx).

Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical partners.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
