Salem Media Group in Dallas, TX/94.9 KLTY-FM is seeking a full-time Morning Show Assistant/Digital Content Developer for Bonnie & Jeremiah in the Morning.Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity to work in a competitive field for a legendary radio station and showcase your social media, production, and digital talents. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and understand video and audio editing, podcasting, and be an expert in social media. Candidates who are bilingual and/or have radio experience will move to the front of the stack. A vibrant, interesting personality is required!Qualifications
Duties will include:Uploading content daily for social media & podcastsRunning a live camera system for live morning show eventsConducting daily airchecks for clientsEditing and archiving showsCall screeningSetting up on-air interviewsSeeking out show prepEditing phone callsRunning a sound board when neededProducing a weekly best of showMixing and editing morning show productionDigital content creation (audio, video, and social) and knowledge of Adobe Suite including but not limited to Audition and Photoshop are needed. Radio production experience and a general understanding of commercial radio are not required but helpful. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, be organized, able to handle production, work well with others, and manage high-pressure situations with ease. They must also be able to work early morning hours and the occasional evening or weekend events when needed.Benefits
