What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage, maintain, and grow sales within assigned territory, ensuring delivery of resultsDevelop and implement a Territory plan along with customer budget and goal settingUnderstand client needs and provide tailored solutions to accelerate the sales processNegotiate complex situations and maintain relationships with key contractors and customersDevelop a sales funnel for future growth opportunities while preventing erosion of existing business

What is Required (Qualifications):High School Diploma with 7 years of relevant work experience, or an Associate's/Technical degree with 5 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering with 3 years of relevant work experienceValid driver’s license and willingness to travel 30-50%Ability to work on roofs at heights and lift/carry up to 50 lbsDemonstrated success in technical sales or a relevant technical backgroundProficient in Microsoft Windows applications with strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience in the roofing industryFamiliarity with technical specifications and construction engineeringPrevious customer-related technical work experienceUnderstanding of "value selling" techniquesDemonstrated leadership potential and desire for increased responsibilities
