Global Anti-Corruption Compliance (GACC) Referred Candidate (RC) Employee Conduct Lead.As a member of the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance team, you will support the operation and maintenance of a consistent global compliance framework focused on ensuring compliance with global anti-corruption laws. The role will serve as a key member of the referred candidate and third party intermediary team and will be based in Jersey City, New Jersey, or Tampa, Florida.Responsibilities

Providing general and advisory support related to referred candidates and the use of third party intermediaries compliance programs including the execution of preclearance requests supporting both workstreams.Overseeing the development and maintenance of RC/TPI related technology owned by the Program. This includes helping to drive innovation and enhancement of the firm’s referred candidate and third party risk related controls.Managing reengineering efforts in collaboration with key risk partners including Human Resources to streamline the end to end referred candidate program.Leading key strategic priorities of the program which includes ongoing efforts to enhance natural language processing capabilities of e-communication reviews and the firm’s reporting of RC metrics.Supporting the Anti-Corruption violation framework and serving as key contact for violations of the Anti-Corruption policy with respect to RC and TPI workstreams.Drafting and delivering Anti-Corruption training across the firm.Maintaining global inventory of outstanding requests and tracking the timely execution of reviews by relevant Anti-Corruption compliance officers.Assisting with governance related to the Anti-Corruption program, including updates to program documentation and handling policy violation administration.Overseeing and assisting in the development and presentation of materials to senior management.Leading interactions with Anti-Corruption Compliance staff, other control function personnel, and the employees and management in all lines of business regarding Anti-Corruption related issues.Assisting with internal and external audits, exams, and inquiries, as required.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a legal degree preferred.At least 5-7 years of experience in compliance legal/regulatory or risk positions, anti-corruption experience a plus.Proven success assisting in driving complex projects to completion.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.Effective and energetic collaborator committed to contributing to a positive team environment.Flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities, uses sound judgement and navigates ambiguity to get things done; highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced work environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present concise findings in a persuasive manner.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
