They're looking for an experienced Director of Indirect Procurement to build and lead a team of buyers and procurement professionals with the fast-paced development of the company. Scope Of ResponsibilityIdentify and develop key suppliers to ensure cost management and service levels.Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals.Optimize procurement processes and reduce lead times.Develop KPIs and analytics within the organization to improve decision making.Deliver cost savings and align with the budget and financial goals of the Company.Work cross-functionally to improve communication and alignment across the different stakeholders.Background RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.Food and Beverage experience required.At least 10 years of procurement experience and 3 specifically with Indirect Sourcing, including 5 years of team management experience.Proven track record in achieving cost savings and enhancing supplier portfolios through effective sourcing.Strong negotiation skills, particularly in supplier sourcing.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Willingness to travel up to 15%.Compensation And BenefitsCompensation $170,000 plus a 20% bonus target that can go as high as 40%.Competitive Healthcare and Benefits.
