About the role:As the Senior Growth Enablement Manager for Maersk Ground Freight, you will be the subject matter expert in sales pursuits, solutions creation, training, and product development within North America. Your primary responsibility is to drive initiatives that enhance the region's product gross profit (GP). You will collaborate closely with solutions design teams, opportunity managers, vertical heads, and the commercial and operations management teams. This role is pivotal in providing solutions for business pursuits, optimizing margins through informed cost and pricing decisions, and supporting global solution initiatives.In this role, you will:Act as a subject matter expert, offering best practices on operational setup and capabilities, including customer interactions and onsite visits.

Drive regional solution product development and system enhancement initiatives based on customer and market requirements and productivity improvement initiatives.

Identify and explore opportunities to grow solutions revenue by introducing new services, understanding market gaps, and supporting local and global business efforts.

Collaborate with management teams and commercial heads to ensure strategic product coverage and approach for critical business pursuits.

Ensure new NAM and global rollouts are available to all regional teams, providing strategic support and training.

Support existing and prospective solutions clients, working closely with origins and other regions to optimize global profitability and decision-making.

Manage the product's P&L, winning and onboarding new business for the NAM Product.

What you bring:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business

8+ years of industry logistics, LTL, ground freight, or supply chain management experience

Proven account management and commercial skills with strong operational understanding, including systems knowledge

Ability to manage and develop a commercial pipeline

Decision-making capability in the absence of management

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Well-organized, self-directed, and a team player with a collaborative mindset

Strong analytical skills

Ability to train, coach, evaluate, and mentor

Travel Requirements:
