Job Duties and Responsibilities
Director of Demand and Supply Planning sought by DISH Wireless L.L.C. in Littleton, COWork directly with the executive team to translate business goals and strategies into KPIs and metrics. Select strategic initiative to support business goals.Identify, define, and lead efforts to improve operations and service by transforming data into meaningful and actionable intelligence.Build query logic to generate custom reports for internal partners and advisors from disparate data sources.Automate reports and make them available in self-service tools to reduce demand for ad-hoc data.Manage existing portfolio of internal self-service data reports.Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues and communicate impact to the business.Partner with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.Design, develop and maintain data visualizations in Tableau.Leverage strong analytical skills to summarize and deliver business intelligence to stakeholders and senior leadership.Manage a dynamic workload, including multiple deliverables while maintaining alignment on strategic priorities.Work in an agile environment to deliver products with immediate impact.Drive best practices and set standards for our team on data models, data visualizations, and ETLs.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or closely related quantitative field plus 3 years of experience in management consulting, information technology, operations administrator, business tax planning, or corporate strategy. Also requires 1 year of experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):Structuring multiple work streams and identifying interdependencies.Overseeing and performing analytics on large data sets, and complex modeling.Building logical narrative structures tailored to executives and creating compelling visualizations.Leading project teams in both traditional (waterfall) and agile project management methodologies.Modulating communications tailored to audience.Structuring new business ventures, marketing new products, business development, and cross-functional planning through consulting or managing different business primary activities, such as sales, marketing, logistics, and operations.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $215,000.00/Year - $215,000.00/Year
