They are actively hiring for a Project Manager to oversee a team to head projects with a steady pipeline into 2026.Job DescriptionProvide leadership and direction on mechanical, commercial, and industrial construction projectsMonitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budgetWork with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasksCoordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planningImplement, monitor, update and communicate the progress schedule and its periodic revisionsManage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expensesPerform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown and Monthly ReportsManage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and paymentsCreate and maintain a safe/secure job site environmentReview and approve drawings and samples prior to submittalTrain and develop the Project team and schedule project resourcesNo travel requiredThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.Six or more years of experience in the field or in office leading construction or mechanical projects as a Project Manager including estimating new projects and changing orders.Detail-oriented, strong problem solving and analytical skills in evaluating situations.Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, and scheduling software.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary up to $130k depending on experienceAbility to work on high profile projectsOpportunity to grow into upper management positionHealth, Dental, Vision, etc401k with company contributionsExceptional development opportunities3- 4 weeks PTOMaternity / Paternity leaveFamily oriented company culture
