Senior Project Manager

MUST BE LOCAL TO ORLANDO, FL - HYBRID 3X PER WEEK ON SITE - NO RELOCATIONDescription:The Project Manager manages the delivery of our SaaS solutions to the customers. The Project Manager will report to the SVP Client Management. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects, including customer activities that impact the overall timeline. The Project Manager will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and that resources are allocated accordingly. Familiarity with a variety of software lifecycle development concepts, practices, and procedures and the ability to perform a variety of tasks in parallel is required. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate the work of others in a matrix organization structure. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. He or she will enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Required Education and Experience:Proven working experience in software deliveryAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesExpertise with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsNice to have Experience:SaaS solution delivery experienceAbility to roll up into an effective project reporting structureFrench speaking is a plusJira KnowledgeSkills:Software as a Service (SaaS) Solution Delivery ExperiencePMP or PRINCE II CertificationsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologyImplementation, Agile, Project management, Pmp, Scrum, SdlcAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Solution DeliveryLead and be a main contributor to the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members, including all required details to allow the effective monitoring and tracking of progressManage risk and handle escalated issuesPrepare the project budget and get budget validation from upper managementEnsure resource availability and allocationCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationEnsure that the Client business requirements are documented, clearly understood across all parties, and addressed within the required timelineEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetMonitor progress against baselined plansPropose a remediation plan in case budget or planning is not metCommunication with clients and third parties:Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectEnsure that the Client business requirements are addressedMonitor Client business involvementEnsure open communication channels between the customers and client.Interaction with other teams:Engage with participants to understand any major areas of interest or concernCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsParticipate in sprint planning and daily meetingsOrganize business acceptance testing as requiredAlign release schedule with Product OwnerPerform other related duties as assignedAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
