Bryce Space and Technology is looking for an experienced IDIQ program manager to support our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer.
Customer Background Information:
Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power is the Space Systems Command Program Executive Office (PEO) focused on delivering cyber, ground- and space-based systems that rapidly detect, warn, characterize, attribute, and predict threats to national, allied, and commercial space systems.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience:
Expert in acquiring highly classified ACAT-like space control systems
Expert in developing and coordinating all activities and documentation required to support ACAT-like Defense Acquisition Boards (DABs)
Expert in developing and coordinating all activities and documentation required to support a major source selection
Highly knowledgeable in the fields of Air Force contracting and Air Force financial management
Expert in Federal, DoD, Air Force, and SSC contracting processes and procedures
Demonstrated ability to lead all aspects of any contract action required by the program office
Prior PCO or Buyer experience preferred
Description of work:
Assist the Government to execute source selections subject to FAR 9.505-4.
Provide contract and subcontract management support.
Advise and assist on management of existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts.
Educational Requirements:
BA/BS
Experience Requirements:
Over 20 years of relative experience.
SME, Recognized Industry Leader.
Experience with the MS Office Suite of Tools including MS Project.
Must have TS/SCI and have current SCI access.
Position is contingent on BryceTech winning a prime bid on the USSF SSC HEMISPHERE contract and subsequent TOs.
