Capture Teaming Lead
Key Role:Lead partner and teaming initiatives for a set of strategic, priority pursuits across the Civil Sector and contribute to the growth of the federal civilian portfolio by developing teaming strategies, identifying potential partners, negotiating teaming agreements, and identifying how teammates can add value to pursuits from both delivery and capture experience. Work closely with capture executives and senior leaders from solutioning, pricing, and competitive intelligence perspectives to engage with the industry and build teaming strategies for large, technically complex programs that the firm is bidding. Work with solutions leaders to understand the nuances of requirements, pricing experts to address pricing sensitivities of clients, and capture leaders to address socio-economic small business requirements and other capture dimensions to include incumbent insights, surge requirements, and geographic location requirements. Drive engagement with external senior executives, including program, capture, solutioning, pricing, and recruiting. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
