Delivery Coordinator to manage all deliveries and pickups at our office in Seattle, WA.The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for scheduling deliveries/pickups as needed to meet deadlines, managing shop and dispatch activities within the branch, and collaborating with other departments. The role involves daily problem-solving to ensure the highest customer service.Responsibilities:

Schedule deliveries and pickups to meet deadlines.Manage shop and dispatch activities within the branch.Collaborate with other departments for efficient operations.Provide high-level customer service.Qualifications:

1-2 years’ experience in copier/printer repair industry a plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.Strong ability to work in a team environment.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to adapt to last-minute changes.Benefits:
