Oversee and manage a profitable and efficient Parts DepartmentTrain and manage staffManage retail and wholesale parts countersKeep parts department up to date on delivery scheduleMaintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete repairs without delayEstablish pricing to generate profitsReview sales, costs, and inventory monthlyMaintain a clean and organized departmentMaintain high CSI
Requirements - Auto Dealership Parts Manager:
Automotive Parts experience is requiredAutomotive Parts Manager experience is preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsGood work ethic and organizational skillsValid driver's license and a good driving record
