Welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficient use of resources.Patient Registration:
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.Answer Inquiries:
Address patient queries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals:
Liaise with physicians, nurses, and other staff members to facilitate patient care.Maintain Clean and Organized Workspace:
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.Adhere to Policies and Procedures:
Follow established protocols to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.Qualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentExcellent Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers.Customer Service Experience:
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.Attention to Detail:
Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.Empathy and Compassion:
A genuine desire to assist patients and provide exceptional service.Proficiency with Computers:
