LANES seeks to make personal health information available when and where it is needed for patient care, safely and securely.POSITION SUMMARYLANES invites applications for a Project Coordinator position to support LANES Operations team. The Project Coordinator performs a wide variety of administrative support services, ranging from complex to routine, all of which contribute to the efficient and professional operation of the LANES. The Project Coordinator should understand the context of assignments and be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Special Note:
This is a virtual home-based position. Will be required to attend in-person meetings in the Los Angeles area on an as-needed basis, usually at least once per month.This is a full-time benefitted position. Employment is provided by Heluna Health.The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $43.27ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOrganize and review legal agreements and accounting documents.Support the Operations Team with billing, accounts payable and receivable, and contract renewal. Participates in weekly meetings to review documents, coordinates delivery of documents and information.Act as liaison between LANES Operations team and fiscal intermediary, Heluna Health Client Support Team. Assist in a communication or project management tracker.Assist with tracking legal agreements and renewals and coordinate information and communication with LANES legal team.Collect, compile, and analyze information relating to clients, vendors, and contractors at multiple levels.Assist in creating presentation materials for meetings, conferences, and workshops.Assist department with projects, reports, articles, and research.Communicate operational updates to LANES team members to ensure a safe and secure working environment.Attend staff trainings, department meetings, and other events as needed and approved by supervisor.Represent the Operations team as needed on calls or meetings.Update and maintain documents and files in SharePoint and Salesforce.Other duties as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation/ExperienceA bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a closely related field is required.Minimum two (2) year experience performing administrative or program management duties in a healthcare organization, public health agency, or technology organization.Experience leading or managing a complex project a plus.Other Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCompetent understanding of shared work platforms (G-Suite, SharePoint, or Monday).Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Excel & Word.Ability to create presentations utilizing Power Point and Vizio software.Self-starter and strong team player, able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.Strong focus and background in improving health and well-being for people and communities in need.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and analytical skills, both written and oral.Strong relational and customer management skills.Strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to multi-task effectively and manage assigned tasks in a timely manner.Ability to work and manage in a complex, emergent, changing environment.Certificates/Licenses/ClearancesA valid California driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.Successful background check clearance.PHYSICAL DEMANDSStand FrequentlyWalk FrequentlySit FrequentlyHandling / Fingering OccasionallyReach Outward OccasionallyReach Above Shoulder OccasionallyClimb, Crawl, Kneel, Bend OccasionallyLift / Carry Occasionally - Up to 25 lbsPush/Pull Occasionally - Up to 25 lbsSee ConstantlyTaste/ Smell Not ApplicableWORK ENVIRONMENTIt is the policy of Heluna Health to provide equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
