Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated security professional to implement and maintain our security tools and protocols, ensuring a secure computing environment. This role involves managing network security elements like firewalls and Secure Access Secure Edge (SASE) solutions, leading security incident management, and overseeing the Security Operations team.

Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Tools & Procedures: Implement and uphold security mechanisms to ensure a secure computing environment.Network Security Management: Oversee the operation of network security components, including firewalls and SASE solutions.Incident Management: Lead the response to security incidents.Team Leadership: Supervise the Security Operations team, including task delegation, workflow management, and project oversight.Team Development: Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of team members.Change & Problem Management: Address changes and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Continuous Improvement: Promote ongoing enhancement through root cause analysis.Policy Collaboration: Work with various teams to revise and update security policies and procedures.Inventory & Budget Management: Manage security inventories and assist in budget planning.Technical Proposals: Develop and propose technical solutions and documentation.Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with peers, management, vendors, and stakeholders.Process Implementation: Apply industry-standard processes.Service Level Objectives: Define, document, and measure service level objectives.After-Hours Support: Provide after-hours support and respond to requests via mobile devices.Project Execution: Perform hands-on tasks for security infrastructure projects.

Required QualificationsLeadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years leading a security administration team, with experience in deploying and supporting encryption, antivirus, anti-intrusion, and authentication tools in a Microsoft Windows/Cisco environment.Technical Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience with firewalls, SIEM/logging, CASB (or SASE platforms), DLP, antivirus or EDR solutions, MFA platforms, and vulnerability management solutions.Process Adherence: Strong commitment to following established processes and policies.Technical Implementation: Ability to conceptualize and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.Service Orientation: Exceptional dedication to service excellence.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and management.

Preferred QualificationsGlobal Experience: Experience working in a global, 24/7 operational environment.Directory Services Proficiency: Familiarity with Directory Services such as Entra, Active Directory, LDAP, or Okta Universal Directory.PAM Solutions: Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.Certifications: CISSP certification preferred.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
