Project Coordinator

to support a government customer on site in Washington, DC. The primary responsibilities for the position are to ensure that cybersecurity projects remain on target for completion with the allotted time and budget.The nature of the work requires that the candidate demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with agency stakeholders to develop and track project schedules, action items, and deliverables. This requires an individual with customer service skills, and the ability to be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced, fluid business environment. The candidate must also be able to communicate effectively and decisively with all levels of the organization and be able to solve practical problems as well as exercise sound judgement with regards to sensitive and confidential information.Responsibilities

Directly support IT Project ManagersOrganize project artifacts and deliverablesSchedule and take meeting minutesDevelop schedules for a wide variety of technical projectsWork with stakeholders to collect project inputs and track action itemsProduce regular reporting to ensure project visibilityRequired Qualifications

Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance3+ years doing project coordination/analyst work in direct support of IT project managersBachelor’s degreeAbility to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influenceAbility to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutionsFlexibility to work with teams, individuals, and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and peopleExcellent interpersonal/communication skillsExperience working in a studio/human-centered design approachSteampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $175,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
