Your Role in Our Mission:

As an Implant Sales Consultant, you're not just selling a service; you're providing a pathway to confidence and improved quality of life. With your expertise in consultative B2C high-ticket sales, particularly in healthcare, you'll guide patients through the life-changing journey of dental restoration.

Your Impact:

You'll lead high-ticket dental implant sales, transforming lives one smile at a time. With your 3-5 years of consultative B2C selling experience, you'll drive growth, foster patient relationships, and navigate the journey from consultation to treatment.

What You'll Do:

Present our dental implant solutions to patients, including the transformative All-on-4 procedure.

Educate patients on financial options to provide tailored financial solutions.

Develop and nurture lasting relationships, guiding patients from initial inquiry to post-treatment care.

What We Offer:

A competitive compensation of up to $75,000 per year plus potential monthly bonuses, full healthcare benefits, and the opportunity to be part of a team that values innovation and patient-centric care.

Bonus:

The SPG Team Lead Bonus Plan rewards Team Leads for their contributions, focusing on factors they can influence, with bonuses paid out monthly.

Hours of Operation:

This is a full-time, exempt role, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of consultative B2C selling experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields.

Proven leadership in sales strategies and customer relationship building.

Charismatic and insightful, with a natural ability to understand and articulate patient and practice needs.

Passionate about improving patients' lives through innovative dental solutions.

Empathetic communicator, adept at building trust and understanding with patients and team members.

Dedicated to constant improvement, seeking out new knowledge and methodologies to enhance patient care and sales processes.

Exhibits a strong sense of ownership, taking responsibility for the success of both sales targets and patient satisfaction.
