We are seeking a seasoned Cross Border Solutions Business Analyst to facilitate the development and delivery of tailored product solutions for our cross border remittance clients, ensuring ecosystem readiness and adoption of our Visa Direct platform across North America.The role demands a proactive problem-solver with deep knowledge of the payments industry, eager to co-design and navigate partners through the integration process of cutting-edge financial technologies.The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical leadership, incorporate data-driven insights to enhance consumer adoption, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive superior client solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop expertise on the Visa Direct product, focusing on platform capabilities, market peculiarities, and pricing models.5 to 7 years of experience in the payment industry, particularly with Payment APIs.Strong product experience in the payment industry.Technical solution experience, including project management.At least 3+ years of experience in payment systems.Stakeholder management experience.

Proficient in payment processing and services product management.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
