We are looking for a dedicated Director of Transparency and Pricing Analytics Data like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Director of Transparency & Pricing Analytics Data, you will be responsible for collaborating with ITG, completing reporting requests and working to ensure transparency reporting tools are correct. You will also explore ways to gain efficiencies via process improvements and utilize thought leadership to implement beneficial strategic initiatives for the company.Your responsibilities will include:Collaborate with ITG to define work requests and set delivery expectations related to transparency.Responsible for department’s operational excellence by ensuring delivery of quality services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards.Identify areas for process improvement and consult with the necessary cross-functional teams for resolution.Oversee and develop training curriculum on PCA Analytics Reporting tools.Prepare transparency reporting presentations/reports for PCA and special requests as needed.Manage multiple projects related to transparency requests.Keep management advised on project progress, potential issues, obstacles, conflicts or challenges.Perform other duties as assigned or requested including ad-hoc analysis to determine methods to optimize transparency data.What qualifications you will need:Bachelors Degree is required.Master's Degree is preferred.10+ years of experience.Must have extensive PC skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation applications.Results-oriented, ability to utilize and manage the organization’s resources to achieve results.Must have strong analytical, written, verbal, meeting facilitation and presentation skills.Strong commitment to accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
