What You Would Do
Lead and develop our warehouse staffEnsure needed inventory levelsEnsure inventory is received and stored in an efficient and economical mannerMaintain warehouse to showroom levelImprove warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, developing, implementing, enforcing and evaluating policies and procedures for receiving product, equipment utilization, and inventory managementOversee the company’s tool inventory program, including negotiation with vendors, ordering, storage, and maintenanceConfer with department managers to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with various departmentsEnsure our production crews have a remarkable internal customer service experience
What We Need for this Role
1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experienceKnowledge of purchase techniques and guidelinesAbility to lift up to 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder
