The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the daily administration and support of Omni's employer-sponsored health & welfare, retirement, and leave of absence programs. Reporting to the Corporate Benefits & Compensation Manager, this role provides assistance to associates, HR business partners, and the benefits team. The Senior Benefits Analyst ensures program compliance, conducts audits, and provides timely, accurate data to support management recommendations.Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert for health & welfare, retirement, and leave of absence programs, including eligibility, plan provisions, and policies.Manage the benefits ticketing system, responding to inquiries promptly.Investigate benefit-related issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve them.Support new-hire orientations and the annual open enrollment process.Partner with third-party benefits administrators on eligibility and enrollment processes.Conduct regular audits to ensure proper plan administration.Review vendor error reports and resolve discrepancies.Provide reporting support to properties as needed.Assist with wellness initiatives, such as health fairs.Respond to Medical Support Notices.Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate benefits payments and refunds.Serve as the primary contact for third-party leave administration and disability vendors.Ensure associates on a leave of absence are paid correctly.Ensure accurate eligibility, enrollment, and contributions for the 401(k) retirement plan.Reconcile monthly invoices and address billing discrepancies with the Finance team.Review and understand Collective Bargaining Agreements, Summary Plan Descriptions, and Plan Documents.Identify and implement process improvements where applicable.Maintain and regularly update internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in HR or a related field preferred; equivalent experience and certifications may substitute for education.At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration.Strong knowledge of state and federal laws related to benefits and retirement plans.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Outstanding customer service skills.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Capable of handling sensitive situations and maintaining confidentiality.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience with UKG/UltiPro and/or Dayforce is preferred.Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
