Normal Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some nights and weekends.

Job Summary:

The Greek House Director manages day-to-day operations and staff for a Greek residential facility.

Additional Department Summary:

The Greek House Director is a twelve-month position with set working hours for the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity. Serves external constituents such as House Board members, alumni, volunteers, parents, and vendors who provide services for the house on a regular basis, and therefore, must be available 24/7 (on-call). Follows established emergency procedures, notifies local authorities and University officials, and guides staff while maintaining the proper resident focus. Responsible for completing required training and promoting a safe, hospitable, and respectful workplace.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Skills and Knowledge:

Good judgment skills. Familiarity with University and community resources. Knowledge of computers and software (Microsoft Excel and Word, e-mail, etc.). Demonstrated commitment to expanding multicultural knowledge, awareness, and skills as evidenced through demonstrating self-awareness; understanding and valuing others; demonstrating knowledge of social inequalities; interacting effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
