Corporate Planning & Management (CPM)

Division unifies Finance & Planning, Spend Management, Operational Risk and Resilience, and CPM Engineering teams to deliver business planning and analytics, expense management, third party risk management, and governance strategies across the firm. CPM has 5 operating pillars.Finance & Planning

supports the execution of the firm’s strategic objectives through the management of the planning process, firmwide reporting and analytics, and insights into the firm’s business plans and budgets. They develop a consistent framework for revenue division projections creating transparency, accountability, and efficiency around projections. This pillar also includes the CF&O, EO, and Engineering divisional CFOs, who are strategic finance advisors helping the firm and the non-revenue divisions achieve commercial financial opportunities.Product Finance

is responsible for the overall governance and proactive management of the firm’s non-compensation expenses.Spend Management

encompasses the functions responsible for managing all aspects of the firm's spend with third parties - advising on commercial agreements and driving operating efficiency. Departments include Strategic Sourcing, Procure to Pay, Integrated Travel and Expense, Infrastructure and Transformation, and Sustainable Operations.Operational Risk & Resilience

drives firmwide Operational Risk programs along with second line teams and implements required changes within CPM. The Corporate Insurance & Advisory team in this pillar identifies, procures, and manages corporate insurance needs for the firm and its investing businesses.CPM Engineering

provides engineering solutions that enable the firm to manage third-party spend, data and automation, plan budgets, forecast financial scenarios, allocate expenses, and support corporate decision-making in line with the firm’s strategic objectives.The

Program Management Office

(“PMO”) collaborates across CPM’s 5 operating pillars in conjunction with each of the firm’s revenue divisions, Controllers, Corporate Treasury, and Risk among other groups at the firm, to deliver firmwide initiatives.Role Overview

We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a dynamic environment, are solutions-oriented, have a crisp and clear communication style, and can build trusted relationships within CPM and across the firm. This Project Senior Analyst position will join the PMO in Dallas, TX.The Project Senior Analyst role will engage with individuals across business and engineering teams to drive & deliver components of the CPM planning roadmap. You will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of strategic projects, ensuring adherence to project delivery timelines and quality standards. You will coordinate with team leads to identify & prioritize new user features and functionality for the firmwide strategic planning application. In addition, you will support the PMO internal and external communication plan.Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Work with CPM Program Managers & project team members to develop project plans, define project scope, deliverables, and timelines including coordination of project activities.Identify potential project roadblocks, escalating risks and issues to the CPM Program Managers.Support the creation of policies, procedures & process flows in line with program and project initiatives.Maintain accurate project documentation in line with Internal Audit standards (project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, enhancement requests, etc.).Partner with CPM Program Managers and business teams to initiate, track and manage new enhancements.Host prioritization sessions with team leads to ensure implemented features and functionality are in line with business needs.Facilitate effective communications internally with project teams & with external stakeholders, including creating project status, presentations, and reports ensuring transparency and alignment.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.Proficient in using MS suite of applications.Analytical mindset, creative and commercially focused.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships and influence others.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
