MORE DRIVEN.Main responsibilities:Establishing long term business relationships with service pointsAct as strategy consultant for individual activities at points of sale in accordance with the Premio franchise agreementsImplementing the Premio concept in service centers and conducting the annual process of quality certificationPreparation of annual business plan at current and future Premio points of saleEnsure management, reporting and presentation of sales and cost plansConduct regular reviews of KPIs and implementing the necessary measures in order to achieve the sales plans / costsSupport Premio networks at points of saleDeploy marketing campaignsStimulate purchases from preferred suppliers, network promotionsFocus on sales and marketing activities directed at end users at points of service franchisesIdentify areas for improvement and provide training to employees and owners in the Premio network (client service, sales approach, displays, marketing initiatives)Actively participate in a digital transformation projectRequirements:At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive industry implementing franchise systems or other retail focused best-in-class programsExcellent written and verbal communication, organization, project and problem solving skillsStrong ability to build relationships and positively influence franchisees and other stakeholdersAbility to lead, motivate, hold accountable, develop, direct and achieve target results for franchise partnersProven track record of achieving resultsStrong financial acumen, excellence training, presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to operate in sometimes stressful environmentAbility to remain flexible in constantly changing environment is criticalAbility to spend 80% of the time performing field level work directly with franchiseesProficiency in MS computer skills.We offer:An attractive package of financial and non-financial benefitsAnnual salary review and bonus scheme based on achieved goalsTire Program – discounts to purchase Goodyear tires based on Goodyear policyAttractive career development opportunities in a multinational environment and work for one of the world’s largest tire companies with global footprint and recognitionSupportive working environment with good team spirit
