Anchored in our brand — with heart at its center — our purpose sends a personal message that how we deliver our services is just as important as what we deliver.As leader of the Compliance Regulatory Reporting team, the Lead Director of Corporate Compliance manages a team of compliance professionals in the fulfillment of state mandated reports. The Lead Director develops strategic plans and collaborates with the Business Compliance Office (BCO), Market Compliance, Government Relations, and Business Operations teams to ensure we have a complete and accurate inventory of assigned regulatory reports and ensure data submissions are complete, accurate and within the required timeframes.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develops strategic plans for assigned regulatory reports.Maintains a complete and accurate inventory of assigned regulatory reports.Collaborates with internal and external partners to document and analyze reporting requirements, determine applicability, and develop procedures to submit the required data to regulators.Analyzes volume and complexity of the assigned reports to ensure appropriate allocation of resources and timely submissions of the required monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual filings.Oversees an attestation process to ensure data submissions are complete and accurate.Produces regular management reporting to communicate status of assigned regulatory reports.Communicates and negotiates with regulators on due dates and extensions as needed.Develops and participates in presentation and consultation to regulators, senior leaders, and business partners on reporting requirements and processes, capabilities and performance results.Adopts the Lean Six Sigma approach and continuously streamlines the regulatory reporting process.Leads a team of compliance professionals including talent assessment, skill development and career pathing.Required Qualifications10+ years of healthcare compliance experience5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting5+ years of supervisory experienceProficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to travel up to 5%Preferred QualificationsWork well in a dynamic, complex, and team-focused environment with minimal oversightExtensive experience advising, coaching, influencing, and building relationshipsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Archer, QuickBase, SharePoint, VisioCompliance or healthcare related credentialsAdvanced degreesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
