We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive, equal opportunity workplace.What You'll DoProject ManagementCreative Team Workflow: Manage project pipeline & field inbound requests; assign & kickoff new projects with Creative team; manage & maintain project status and communications within project management tool (Asana, Wrike & Figma) & with cross-channel stakeholders. Manage day-to-day workflow of creative team, balancing team priorities & deadlines while driving traffic managementProject Lifecycle Management: Review and vet project briefs, help seek clarity where needed, & facilitate project kickoffs. Facilitate the creative project workflow from creative reviews & revisions, trafficking, approvals and delivery. Unify teams to work collaboratively, help connect dots to drive a cohesive view & flow of the project, keep teams aligned and serve as a point of contact & source of knowledge through various stages of the project cycle.Timeline Management & Tracking: Build project timelines & resourcing plans, share out timelines & milestones. Track status and pace of progress of projects, ensuring smooth & timely completion. Raise risk flags, course-correct & escalate as needed.Resource Management: Own Creative team planning calendar & resource allocation, monitor workload & assign projects across a span of timelines and work streams from ad-hoc requests to long-lead campaigns.Stakeholder Management: Facilitate Creative prioritization & resourcing discussions with cross-channel teams to ensure the team is prioritizing & working toward business objectives.Cross-Channel Program Management for 360 Campaigns & Product Launches: Interface cross-functionally for alignment across all stages of project cycle including briefing, scope & deliverables, strategy, timelines, reviews, approvals & delivery.Visual Merchandising: Manage & track all launches and updates relating to US/Canada and EU/UK Sephora gondolas including design and copy deliverables. Schedule internal planogram reviews with cross-functional partners. Coordinate with outside vendors and Sephora teams to develop the creative deliverables milestones to meet gondola production dates. Gather and ship product testers and packaging to gondola vendors for engineering purposes.Vendor Support: Track and liaise between creative team members and outside vendors/contractors for the smooth and timely delivery of outsourced collateral including regional copy translations, video edits & asset designs.OperationsBudget Management & Reporting: Support invoice tracking and processing related to projects managed.Process Management & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and champion processes & workflows that drive efficiencies and healthy work environment. Establish process documentation & systems.Creative Team Resource Management: Manage long-lead resource planning.
