Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the solar operations team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
Train and mentor sales representatives, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in door-to-door and other sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely project completion.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the solar division, including sales targets, marketing initiatives, and operational processes.
Utilize high-level communication and organizational skills to coordinate between different teams and stakeholders.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of solar projects.
Leverage computer skills for CRM management, reporting, and other operational tasks.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role within the solar or related industry.
Strong background in sales, particularly door-to-door sales, with the ability to train and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.

Established experience with vendors in the solar industry.
