Selectek is looking for a Manager that has a strong background in Floor and Roof Truss design, estimating, and construction.This is a contract to direct opportunity located in Nashville, TN.Required:
Must have 10 plus years of experience in Truss Design.Proficient with Alpine Truss Design Software or comparable software.Experience designing Floor and Roof Trusses for commercial and multi-family projects.Wall panel design is a plus.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.Excellent math skills.Estimating and quoting experience.Experience managing others (2-3 in-house employees / 2-3 remote employees) and checking their work.Ability/Experience creating and managing schedules -
critical .Ability to work closely with sales and plant to meet goals and stay on schedule.Able to lead others, assign work, check work, and ensure schedules and goals are met.Job Requirements
