Operations Manager, Lead

Key Role:Maintain responsibility for monitoring and control of delivery operations, communications, procurements and financial tracking, project reporting, new product and vendor evaluation, security and compliance impact analysis, and other strategic initiatives. Work with product owners and portfolio leadership to track multiple work-streams to ensure delivery success and alignment back to larger organizational objectives. Leverage expertise in IT project management and consulting to maximize operational efficiency. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:6+ years of experience in IT consulting, IT program management, strategic communications or change management rolesExperience crafting and presenting slide decks for senior leadersExperience with Microsoft Office, project management, and data analysis toolsExperience with the Atlassian suite such as Jira or ConfluenceExperience leading software engineering Agile delivery teamsExperience working with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms as well as custom software development solutionsExperience building and deploying software solutions with major Cloud Service Providers such as AWS or AzureBachelor's degree or 15+ years of experience with IT consultingAdditional Qualifications:Experience with financial management such as budget tracking or forecastingExperience managing distributed and remote teamsPossession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsBachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field preferred; Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field a plusProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationCertified Scrum Master (CSM) CertificationCompensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
