9AM-5:30PM, Monday through FridayJones Networking is recruiting for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator with the Washington, DC office of an international Law Firm. The Firm offers competitive salary, excellent benefits, including; medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, life insurance, generous parental leave and PTO plan, retirement plan, transportation benefits, wellness programs, education scholarship opportunities, and more.Legal Recruiting Coordinator Position Summary:- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Department of a large Law Firm.- Assist with the organization and implementation of the Summer Attorney Associate Program to include tracking pre-arrival information, drafting arrival notices, scheduling orientation sessions and exit interviews, and assisting in the planning of social events and training programs.- Assist with all aspects of the on-campus interview process such as registering for on-campus interview programs, resume collection programs, job fairs, maintaining on-campus interview and candidate files, and scheduling candidates for interviews.- Work closely with law schools regarding year-round recruiting initiatives.- Monitor and update applicant information in recruiting database.- Assist with recruiting for lateral associate and judicial clerk candidates.- Maintain legal recruiting database and candidate files.- Prepare weekly reports for Partners summarizing the current candidate pipeline and recruiting efforts.Legal Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications Summary:- Bachelor's Degree required.- Minimum one year of legal recruiting experience required; preferably in a law firm.- Available to work additional hours, specifically May through September.- Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion.- Ability to balance competing priorities and work efficiently under the pressure of meeting multiple deadlines.- Self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the role; accept responsibility and take initiative.- Experience with viRecruit is a plus.
