MGBMG provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, behavioral and mental health, specialty care, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, imaging, lab services, infusion, and urgent care both digitally and in person in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.The OpportunityThe Senior Administrative Manager is a vital member of the MGBMG West/South Region Operations Leadership team, supporting the merger of multiple local leadership teams, billing, clinical, and licensure models into one harmonized, high-performing service line. The Senior Administrative Manager will set the conditions for our unique culture to thrive through the administration management of a comprehensive and digitally innovative way of experiencing and practicing healthcare. This role will be responsible for leading and implementing innovative projects, analyzing performance data for operational improvement, helping to drive strategic initiatives, and providing support to the practice operations and clinical teams as needed to expand our West/South Region scope to enhance patient and employee experience.This leader will be responsible for developing and bringing to life an industry-defining experience that emphasizes well-being and individual career development. Through engagement, standard best practices, and an approachable, visible leadership style, success in this role will require creating a culture of belonging, humility, and trust amongst everyone on the team.As a hybrid role, there is an expectation for routine, onsite presence at our headquarters in Assembly Row (Somerville, MA), as well as travel to Medical Group locations across the West/South region.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred.Experience8+ years’ experience in a professional healthcare setting required, ambulatory experience preferred.Strategic project management experience required.Epic Experience preferred.Mass General Brigham is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
