It’s Work That Matters.Overview

Purpose Statement/Position Summary:The Clinical Value Analysis Coordinator is a clinician with an expert knowledge base, and complex decision-making skills, able to optimize healthcare processes, enhance patient care, and participate in financial stewardship across the continuum of care. The Clinical Value Analysis Coordinator’s competencies should include clinical and evidence-based practice, cross-functional and interprofessional collaboration, change management and innovation, project management skills, data-driven decision-making, and financial acumen. Responsible for providing updates to leaders and non-leaders on the work of Enterprise Value Analysis, which includes, PowerPoint development and delivery, as well as financial analysis. Works in collaboration with Patient Care Services (PCS) and Clinical Services (CS) Directors, as well as key faculty partners.Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:Required: 3-5 years of clinical experience, teaching, and quality improvement experience in a healthcare environment.Education/Licensure/Certification:Required:• Current California licensure in the respective discipline is required.• Current American Heart Association BLS Provider Card required.Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) is a leader in pediatric and adolescent health both here and across the globe.
