Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia, Westchester Counties and New York City. Sun River Health is currently seeking an Assistant to the IT Director to join Solutions 4 Community Health (S4CH), a wholly owned entity of Sun River Health. This position is primarily remote with travel as needed.

The IT Director's Assistant will be responsible for creating reports, reviewing, and uploading data to different systems, managing the ITSM software, prioritizing tickets, and dispatching technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ITSM Management:

Configure and manage the ITSM software, ensuring smooth operation and ticket tracking.

Develop and document procedures for efficient ticket routing and escalation.

Analyze ticket trends and identify areas for improvement in IT service delivery.

Technical Support:

Prioritize incoming tickets and dispatch them to the appropriate technicians based on urgency and expertise.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions.

Administrative Duties:

Manage the IT Director's calendar and schedule meetings.

Prepare presentations and reports for meetings and internal updates.

Organize and maintain IT department documentation and records.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Assist the IT Director with other tasks as needed.

Data & Reporting:

Create accurate and insightful reports on IT KPIs, system performance, and resource utilization.

Review and upload data to various internal systems and databases.

Conduct research and prepare data visualizations to present to the IT Director and other stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Required).

Valid Active NYS Driver's License (subject to MVR check).

Minimum of 2 years of related experience in an administrative or IT support role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $85,000
