Responsibilities:Analyze E-Commerce businesses, focusing on traffic efficiency, user behavior, and merchant operations. Independently undertake special analyses on merchant growth, traffic conversion, creator/content growth, and user behavior.Develop short-term and long-term scale and revenue targets.Provide regular reports and insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making.Monitor and analyze various operating indicators and drivers of the e-commerce operations team on a daily basis.Leverage insights from analysis to make informed recommendations for future business strategies.Minimum Qualifications:More than 5 years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading management consulting firm and/or tech/ecommerce companies.Have good communication and coordination skills, excellent logical thinking ability, sensitive to data, able to quickly understand business.Experience in e-commerce industry operation analysis, business analysis, data analysis, etc.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication skills and can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must.
