The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation, diligently representing clients' interests and ensuring they receive fair compensation for their injuries. This role requires a proactive and compassionate attorney committed to client advocacy.Key Responsibilities:Manage cases through the pre-litigation process from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlement.Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues, assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop case strategies.Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates, settlement offers, and other relevant matters.Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.Review work products to ensure accuracy and compliance, including demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pre-litigation processes.May provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to legal staff involved in pre-litigation matters.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.Strong interest in Personal Injury law or previous experience, ideally on the Plaintiff's side.Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, opposing parties, witnesses, medical professionals, law enforcement, and colleagues in personal injury cases.Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism.Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills.Job Location:Beverly Hills, CAThe law firm offers a supportive and dynamic work environment with professional growth and development opportunities.
