Network Engineer

Job Summary:Manage IT/OT convergence and full lifecycle of OT/ICS equipment at the local site.Lead manufacturing audits and implement ICS standards with corporate and infrastructure teams.Collaborate with Audit, Governance, and Cyber Teams for optimal support and lead incident response efforts with security teams.Provide OT and Cyber leadership in mill meetings and coordinate with IT/OT Engineering departments and vendors.Oversee DCS/QCS implementations, warranty support for Industrial Control Systems, and translate business needs into system requirements.Manage mill IT projects, budgets, and documentation, and coordinate OT-related training and support.Ensure adherence to change control, security policies, and audit requirements.General Duties:Lead OT Systems and Engineering support, manage projects, and facilitate communication with stakeholders.Handle on-call support, issue escalation, and travel as needed.Perform other assigned duties.Required Skills:Extensive experience with manufacturing and OT systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and DCS.Strong knowledge of ICS communications, industrial networking, and project leadership.Proven analytical skills and the ability to manage deployments, configurations, and training.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Key Competencies:Develop technical talent and maintain effective team relationships.Strong leadership and project management abilities.Ability to meet deadlines and travel up to 10%.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in OT systems support and project management.Knowledge of control systems, cybersecurity controls, and industry standards (Purdue ISA95, NIST, ISA 62443).
