Eastern Connecticut Health Network's thriving outpatient (hospital-employed) practice opportunities are in the picturesque town of Ellington, and Manchester, Connecticut area. You will be supported by a collegial-esteemed internal and family medicine physician team including fellow care medical assistants. A Monday through Friday daytime work week schedule supports work-life balance along with minimal (extremely light) shared rotation phone call coverage. The community hospitals are supported by multi-primary care outpatient internal and family medicine practice sites, expert physician specialists, comprehensive inpatient clinical services, and a state-of-the-art cancer center. Talented skilled faculty physicians further support ECHN’s prominent family medicine residency program. Eastern Connecticut Health Network Family Medicine Residency Program (ACGME accredited site) is a three-year program with 6 residents per year in its eleventh year located in picturesque Manchester, Connecticut. Eastern Connecticut Health Network has an academic affiliation with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
