Job Title: HRMS/HCM Techno-Functional Support

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 8 months contract

Job Description:

Client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Architecture Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational excellence, program execution and a passion for streamlining processes.

Responsibilities:

This role will be instrumental in driving efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and providing operational support to ensure on-time delivery of Workforce Architecture programs and service lines (e.g.. Role Profile content updates, job code audits, queue management).

Oversee the collection, cleaning, and validation of workforce architecture data (skills, responsibilities, job codes, job families) from multiple sources and business stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Execute on the management and upload of workforce architecture data (skills, responsibilities, job codes, etc) into Workday.

Ensure all process steps are followed and troubleshoot/triage technical or process bugs with relevant stakeholders.

Identify, optimize, & implement processes improvements for various aspects of workforce architecture programs, including data collection, execution, and stakeholders’ guidelines. Partner with teammates to implement (e.g., build collateral, collect feedback, draft comms).

Run monthly and bi-annual audits of workforce architecture data, ensuring job data is accurate for downstream system usage and that are correctly assigned to job codes that correspond to their day-to-day work.

Operate Workforce Architecture's queue, triaging questions daily from partners and stakeholders.

Coordinate and manage ongoing and ad-hoc workforce architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.

Experience with workforce planning or human capital management systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).

Education:
