Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Designer for our Sports and Entertainment design team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will bring creative vision and expertise in brand design, live experiences, activations, and campaigns. The role involves taking creative concepts and executing them across various mediums with minimal guidance from the Art Director or Creative Director.

The team integrates expertise across Cultural and Consumer Insights, Data and Analytics, Talent/Influencer and Property Partnership Advisory, Experiential, Social Impact, Creative Services, and Digital Strategy to deliver high-impact marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Articulate creative concepts visually with multiple options and personal perspective.
- Provide strategic rationale for design concepts and offer unique solutions.
- Create animation concepts and articulate them effectively.
- Decipher client feedback and apply it to improve designs.
- Ensure attention to detail in file preparation and quality control.
- Work efficiently with a strong creative process, solving problems with stylistic variety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Mastery of design fundamentals, including composition, typography, logo design, and color theory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for print and motion graphics, especially in live events and experiential activations.
- Strong conceptual ability, with clear creative processes and the capacity to develop design concepts autonomously.
- Ability to present design thinking and motion theory confidently to senior team members.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
- The annual base salary for this position ranges from $92,000 to $120,000, with additional benefits and discretionary bonuses. Salary may vary based on experience, role, location, and other factors.
