Key Responsibilities

Manages highly complex projects with minimal oversight and may directly provide supervision to a few employees.Provide broad technical guidance on industry and JLL best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visualizations.Gather and translate data and informational needs into business and reporting requirements, including understanding data and process workflow interdependencies.Implement advanced analytics techniques to enhance data visualization and predictive capabilities.Develop productive, cross-functional relationships with various internal technical resources, such as Data Engineers, to help facilitate issue resolution and solutioning.Build reports, utilizing business intelligence tools, perform ad hoc analysis, and create interactive dashboards.Prioritize a business-first mindset; discover the value drivers for the business and make recommendations where appropriate. Refine visualizations based on feedback and lessons learned.Communicate updates and roadblocks to the broader team and relevant stakeholders (some who are senior management), while actively working to resolve them.Develop productive, collaborative relationships and utilize clear and effective communication.Assist in driving the implementation of new and innovative solutions to address operational challenges, drive business growth, and automate processes.Develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to transform behaviors and techniques.Optimize data and Tableau workbooks to deliver efficient and high-performance solutions.Support the development and execution of change and communications management plans to ensure clarity of new procedures and successful adoption by others.Plan and conduct quality assurance (QA) testing for all "self-build" developed dashboards, collaborating with team members. Additionally, ensure user acceptance testing (UAT) is completed by data pillar and/or business users for validation and approval of the final dashboard before deployment.Capabilities

Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related field required.6-8+ years of experience.Ability to deal effectively with ambiguous situations and short time frames.Expert level skills in Tableau for data reporting and dashboarding using advanced visualization solutions.Ability to provide leadership as needed.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Advanced reasoning and decision-making skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for visual design.Demonstrated experience in change management.Advanced proficiency in big-data analytics and visualization tools used to transform and analyze large datasets from different sources (e.g. R Studio, Python, Tableau, Power BI/Power Query, SQL, Alteryx).Experience with ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources into Tableau.High level skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) required.Experience with the agile methodologies preferred.
