Job Description

Design digital user interfaces and/or websites.

Develop and test layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers or devices.

Plan and lead end-user research to understand workflows, environments, needs, pain points, opportunities, and product experience issues & opportunities.

Disseminate research insights and findings to key business stakeholders including product designers, product managers, and business unit executives.

Design and test interfaces that facilitate the human-computer interaction and maximize the usability of digital devices, websites, and software with a focus on aesthetics and design.

Influence product strategy and priorities by driving a design-led, human-centered approach to design, product development, and innovation across design, product management, and software development stakeholder organizations.

Conduct user research to determine design requirements and analyze user feedback to improve design quality.

Advance the practice of experience research by evolving research and dissemination methodologies, strategy, skills, and tools.

10% domestic travel.

Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

$108,202 - 166,200/Year.
