We are actively seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Workforce Benefits Division at one of our office locations: Newport Beach, CA; Omaha, NE; or Lynchburg, VA. This position offers both on-site and hybrid work options.

How you will make an impact:Elevate Quality Standards: Spearhead a new era of quality assurance in insurance by establishing higher benchmarks and meticulous testing, ensuring our digital solutions surpass industry norms.

Innovate Testing Strategies: Combine QA expertise with deep insurance domain knowledge to craft innovative testing approaches, enhancing the reliability and functionality of our digital insurance products.

Enhance Customer Confidence: Through rigorous assessments, bolster customer trust in our products' reliability, security, and performance, directly contributing to positive user experiences.

Automated Testing Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency in creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit) to ensure efficient and accurate testing of digital insurance solutions.

Scripting Languages: Expertise in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby, enabling you to craft robust and reusable automation scripts for various testing scenarios.

Test Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of test frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, pytest) to structure and organize test scripts effectively, streamline test execution, and generate meaningful reports.

Test Data Management: Experience in managing and generating test data for automated tests, ensuring a comprehensive coverage of test scenarios without data-related bottlenecks.

Regression Testing: Proven ability to design and execute automated regression test suites that validate new features and enhancements while ensuring the stability of existing functionalities.

Accelerate Innovation: Detect and address potential issues early, expediting innovation by minimizing risks, and ensuring the robustness of new features and enhancements.

The experience you will bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of professional QA automation experience.Proven collaboration and soft skills showcasing your ability to work under pressure.Extensive experience with automation tools and python programmin.Continuous learning keeping pace with evolving tech and trends.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.$118,800.00 - $145,200.00
