As Chief Financial Officer, You Will
Join a manufacturer of heavy equipmentManage financial operationsOversee cash management processes, investments, insurance, budgetary functions, reporting, Human Resources and Strategic/Financial PlanningManage operating budgets, capital expenditures and program budgetsAlign cash-flow with operationsAnalyze trends, risk/liabilities and varianceDrive strategic planning and continuous improvement effortsCollaborate with leadership teamsSeek out cost savings wherever possibleDevelop and strengthen financial controlsRun routine and special reportsConduct routine and special analysisLead year-end close and tax preparation activitiesOversee HR operations including payroll, benefits and recruitmentPerform vendor/supplier management functionsUphold quality, compliance and regulatory standardsHandle special projectsPerform other duties as assigned
An Ideal Candidate Profile Will Include
At least 3 years of Chief Financial Officer experience or similarKnowledge of SaaS business modelsA Master's Degree
With
Related experience from a manufacturing environmentInformation Technology experienceHuman Resources experience
