Family Medicine APP

to join the Primary Care team at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center in Bloomington, Illinois.Position Details Include:Join a team of 4 physicians and dedicated and experienced support staffPrimary Care hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30a-5:00p and Tuesday, Thursday 7:30a-7:00p, and Saturday 8:00a-12:00pAble to consult with specialists across the organizationEducation Requirements:Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

Licensure/Certification Requirements:Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensureAbout Carle
