POSITION SUMMARY:
Supervise the return of Absentee and Mail-In Ballots at Drop Box Locations. Hours are available only when the County's ballot boxes are open. End date for available hours is the day of the election.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travel to any of the eleven (11) ballot boxes throughout the county.Oversees the return of completed absentee and mail ballots to drop box locationsCollects and returns ballot box contents to main election office from multiple locations throughout countyMaintains chain of custodyAnswers questions from the publicReports unusual conditions or questionable items to supervisor.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
