Our team plays a pivotal role with customers, documentation, and timing requirements. Customs Broker Agent Duties and Responsibilities:Data preparation with timely and accurate completion of declarations

Including uploading and correlating responses

Tracking and tracing cargoLearn and own customer standard operating procedures.

Update changes and keep team advised.

Send out billing information to clients.Help customers to provide a clear path to dispatch team.Accountable for individual work board:

Timely releases, proper handling of “Entry Documents Required.”

Use/Learn our eDOC system to upload for audit, scanning, and indexing all documentation.Experience & Expectations:Ability to work with deadlines and timed requirements.Multi-file handling, amazing with details, and sense of prioritization.Positive attitude and “Can do!” work ethic.Pro-active approach, strong organizational skills.Take ownership of assigned work.Be a team player, help continue a positive work environment.Fluent in English - reading and writing.Qualifications

Qualifications:Effective interpersonal skillsPro-active approach, strong organizational and computer skillsFluent in reading and writing in EnglishNot Required but nice to have:Good knowledge of customs brokerage process, customs legislation - especially with regards to classification, valuation, and originUnderstanding of ocean, road, and air documentation processAdditional Information
