:Proactively identifies, assesses, and recruits qualified talent to fulfill job orders with a focus on Epic’s clinical application suiteUpdates, reviews, and actively utilizes a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activitiesPerforms weekly interviews in line with performance objectivesGenerates leads via professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development/sales effortsUtilizes Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activitiesCollaborates with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriateStays informed about healthcare industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activitiesThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
