Infosys is seeking a

Technical Test Lead .

As a Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of

Boston, MA

or be willing to relocate one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.

At least

4 years of experience

with Information Technology.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables.

At least 4 years hands-on experience in Cards and Payments Domain.

At least 4 years of experience on Automation Testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Abilities in test strategizing, planning and co-ordination.

Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes.

Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements.

Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.

Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite-offshore model.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
